What is it?
The Oticon ConnectLine phone adapter is an interface between a conventional landline phone installation and the Oticon Streamer, in effect turning a pair of Oticon hearing instruments into a wireless headset.
How can I use it?
Phone adapter 2.0 is installed in parallel to an existing landline home phone installation. To use the Phone Adapter, the Streamer and Phone Adapter must be wirelessly connected to each other. This connection is established automatically when the Streamer and Phone Adapter are paired and in range.
What is the streaming range of the Phone Adapter 2?
The phone adapter has a range of up to about 30 meters to the Streamer Pro, depending on furniture and walls. Within this range you can make hands-free phone conversations with good sound quality (i.e. without “crackle” sound).
