Purchases of hearing aid devices will be posted directly to an audiologist of your choice. Pub Hearing is 100% online retail store and don’t have a clinic. We can help you look for an audiologist if you don’t have one yet in order to book a fitting appointment and ship your hearing aids to the audiologist.

A full charge takes 3-4 hours.
Is there a possibility of faster charging if I do not have time to wait for a full charge?
Yes, 30 minutes of charging allows an up to 6 hours additional use.
Can I stream phone calls and/or music to directly into my Pure Charge&Go hearing aids?
Yes. With Pure Charge&Go, you can use direct audio streaming from iOS (Apple) devices with “made-for-iPhone (MFi) hearing aids” standard. Audio streaming from other mobile devices (Android smartphones, older Apple devices, PCs, laptops and other Bluetooth mobile devices) is possible via our StreamLine Mic accessory
Can I stream from my TV into my Pure Charge&Go hearing aids?
Using StreamLine TV accessory, you can stream from your TV directly into your Pure Charge&Go hearing aids.
What kind of control elements does Pure Charge&Go offer?
There is a push button on the device for onboard control. Additionally, it can also be controlled remotely via the Signia app, which is freely downloadable onto your smartphone.
