Signia CROS Pure Charge&Go AX features the revolutionary Augmented Xperience (AX) platform, processing key sounds like your conversation partner’s voice completely separately from surrounding sounds for the first time. As a result, wearers can enjoy outstanding speech clarity in an immersive soundscape, much like the effect of a 3D movie for your ears.
What is a CROS?
CROS stands for Contralateral Routing of Signal. This is a hearing solution of choice to those with single-sided deafness. This means a better hearing ear on one side and a worse/poorer hearing ear on the other side.
The CROS picks up the sounds from the worse hearing side and transfer it to the compatible hearing aid on the better hearing side.
The CROS device is meant to be used with a compatible hearing aid on the other side. It cannot be used alone or by itself.
The Signia CROS Pure Charge&Go AX is only compatible with the Pure Charge&Go AX hearing aids.

Can I use direct streaming of phone calls and/or music when I have a CROS AX device?
Yes. CROS Pure Charge&Go AX is compatible with the AX devices mentioned above which support:
- direct streaming from iOS (Apple) devices using “made-for-iPhone (MFi)” capability as well as certain Android smart phones via the ASHA protocol.
- audio streaming from other mobile devices (Android smartphones without ASHA, older Apple devices, PCs, laptops and other Bluetooth mobile devices) is possible with the StreamLine Mic accessory.
Can I use direct streaming from my TV when I have a CROS AX device?
Yes. CROS Pure Charge&Go AX is compatible with the AX devices mentioned above which support audio streaming from your TV via the StreamLine TV accessory.
How can I make adjustments to the CROS AX device?
There is a rocker switch push button on the device for onboard control. Additionally, it can also be controlled remotely via the Signia app, which is freely downloadable onto your smartphone, or via the small and easy-to-use miniPocket remote control.
What charger is used for Pure Charge&Go AX and Pure Charge&Go T AX?
Clients can choose between three charger options depending on their needs and preferences. The Pure Standard Charger provides a reliable charger with a nice design. The Pure Dry&Clean Charger offers three-in-one functionality to charge, dehumidify, and sanitize (via UV-C light) the hearing aids in one step, keeping them both charged and well-maintained. The Pure Portable Charger is an on-the-go solution with an integrated powerbank that can provide up to three additional full charges to a pair of hearing instruments.
