Once you have made a purchase and the funds are cleared, your order is packed, sealed and posted within the same business day.* If in stock. Subject to weekends and public holidays. If stock is unavailable, orders may take up to two weeks to deliver.

Purchases of hearing aid devices will be posted directly to our partnered audiologists or an audiologist of your choice.

Please note that the hearing care professional will charge you a fee for the audiological services required to set up the hearing aid to your specific requirements.
