The support and help in choosing a hearing aid was some of the best service I have had in over 50 years in retail. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff were fantastic. The delivery time from order to arriving was very quick considering the Covid issues. I charged them up and connected my phone…..easy. I made and received call within minutes. My wife of 40plus years loves them too, as I now speak about 70% quieter. It will take a few weeks to settle in I’m told but so far it plug and hear. The saving on local Australian prices was up to $2000AUS. Would I use PUB ….absolutely. My locale affiliate service in Toorak are also fantastic…thanks Michelle. They are there to help if I have any issues.

Absolutely the best experience, everything worked flawlessly. The keen pricing and excellent service was a delight. Amazing top of the range aids for such a good price. I don't think I would have bought a new pair of hearing aids if it had not been for Pub's pricing, and they are astonishingly better than my 8 year old ones, so pleased I bought them. My partner had just purchased a new middle range pair from a local supplier and the price made me wince. My advice is look at ALL of Alistair's Pub you tube videos, I learned so much from them. Knowledge is essential for making the best decisions.

No wind noise and I can differentiate voices in a crowd, something I was unable to do with a previous, more expensive hearing device. From my first appointment to my last post fitting check up the experience was better than any other I have received from other audiologists.
